Replacement Parts, Inc. reserve the right to increase or decrease prices, modify or discontinue any item without notice.
We reserve the right to clear personal checks before shipping.
We normally ship over 95% of our orders next day and we are ultimately trying for 100%. However, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be backordered on items out of stock. Each order must specify whether to backorder or cancel order if not in stock. Also, indicate whether credit or refund is preferred. Refund will be returned same as was paid.
Backorders are charged when ordered, then shipped postpaid when available. You may cancel the backorder(s) any time before shipped for refund. "NO BACKORDERS" are cancelled and you must reorder (you are not in line for availability).
All shipments must include a telephone number, street address and zip code for shipping no matter what shipping method chosen.
Information in our files has never and will never be used for anything other than our reference. We strongly urge you to forward as much information as you can on your car(s).
Discounts are only considered in quantity orders of 10 or more (for items of our manufacture).
All orders prepaid, credit card, paypal - absolutely no open billing.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
All our foreign shipping will be paid in advance, no open billing, and no c.o.d.. Most of our items can and will be shipped by a method that will allow tracking. For example if item weight will allow we will ship by USPS by express mail or priority mail...whichever way we feel is the best for both parties.
