If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Replacement Parts within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase


If an item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Replacement Parts reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25%.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material

If return is the fault of Replacement Parts then freight will be reimbursed.

Parts correctly supplied that are returned for credit due to no fault of Replacement Parts, will be subject to a 25% handling charge.

Parts special ordered cannot be returned.

Replacement Parts is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Replacement Parts is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Rebuilt Parts / Exchange Parts / Core Returns

Refunds for core units will only be given if core / exchange unit is received within 30 days of receipt of new and is returned complete, undamaged, and a rebuild able core.

If parts are missing from core returns then will be subject to a reduction in final credit.

Copy of the original invoice must accompany all return units.

Electrical items and Special Ordered items:

There are no returns on any items Special Ordered or Electrical items.
